Who is responsible

This website is operated by Sean Phillips, REALTOR®, Coldwell Banker Executives Realty, Vernon, BC. Sean is responsible for personal information collected through this site and handles it in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). What we collect

Only what you choose to send through a form on this site:

• Listing alerts and next-release alerts: name, email, optional phone, price range, property type, area and timeline.
• Home value requests: property address or neighbourhood, property type, timeline, name, email, optional phone and message.
• Buyer’s Checklist requests: first name and email.
• Consultation requests: name, email, optional phone, interest, contact preference, whether you’ve visited the sales centre, and message.

The calculators, quiz and checklist run in your browser. Their inputs are not sent to us. The walkthrough checklist saves your ticks in your own browser’s local storage; clear your browser data to remove them.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

How we use it

To reply to you, send the listings, release news or documents you asked for, prepare a price opinion, and provide real estate services you request. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it with the developer or another party only with your permission, for example when registering you as Sean’s client at a sales centre.

Service providers

Form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), which delivers them to Sean by email. Formspree stores submissions on servers that may be outside Canada, including in the United States, where they may be subject to local law. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to provide the service you asked for and to meet brokerage record-keeping requirements, then it is deleted.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or using the link in the email.
• Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing chaletsean@gmail.com.
• If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for BC.
