New homes and homesites at Ellison Landing are released by the developer, and resales show up on the MLS® system. Here is how to watch both without refreshing five websites.

Two places new inventory appears
- Developer releases. New homesites and move-in-ready homes are announced by Predator Ridge and sold through its sales partner. Some may never appear on the MLS® system, and lot prices are shared only after registration. There is no published date for the next release.
- MLS® listings. Resales at Ellison Landing (once owners start selling) and across Predator Ridge are listed by brokerages on the MLS® system.
Sean watches both. Sign up once and he’ll set up a custom saved search matched to your price, area and home type, and email you when something new appears, with his notes on price and position.

In September 2026 the developer listed 12 Woodside and 7 Vale homesites, and the highest Woodside lot number listed was 34. The number of homesites still to come, and when they’ll be released, is not published.
Early information matters most for the best-positioned lots: the quietest Woodside sites against the forest, and the Vale lots with the longest fairway views. Sign up and Sean will email you when he learns of a new release, along with pricing (once available), a lot-by-lot view and the tax math.
